Amy Tez, Communications Trainer: Business Presence: Bring Your Business Potential to Life

Updated: Aug 9, 2019

As a key element of the Futureminded event framework, our series of Masterclasses will provide delegates with actionable market insights and an opportunity to engage in debate with thought leaders in the food, wellness and hospitality industries. Featuring a carefully curated line-up of speakers, topics to be discussed include how to design a compelling next-generation brand and how to influence important peers into positive action.

Whether turning a bright idea into a business or taking an existing team to the next level, the ability to connect with and inspire those around you is crucial to success. One person who’s an expert in how to engage an audience is actress-turned-communications coach Amy Tez, whose Futureminded masterclass Business Presence: Bring Your Business Potential to Life will help leaders to cement their communication skills and develop their executive presence, both within their business and externally.

During her time as a communications trainer, facilitator and speaker, Amy has helped an extensive roster of clients to find their voice, including CEOs and founders, TEDx speakers, politicians and high-profile actors. She’s also been sought out by brands including Virgin, Hearst, American Express, PwC, Swarovski, Marlin PR, Havas, Saatchi & Saatchi, Elle Magazine, Soho House Group and Imperial College, in order to deliver empowering employee workshops.

What to expect?

Working from the premise that “no matter how brilliant our ideas, if we can’t communicate them in an exciting way, they will fail to take flight,” Amy’s masterclass will equip leaders with the skills to inspire their teams to communicate and relate with a confidence that inspires others into positive action.

Drawing on actor techniques, Amy will shine a light on the skill of capturing the imagination and choosing imagery that empowers. What’s more, she’ll teach attendees how to turn nerves into strong energy that inspires people to believe in their proposition. In doing so, attendees will leave better able to command a room, speak powerfully, tell a compelling story of their business idea and connect authentically with listeners.
